Operations Executive

• Candidates who have completed 10+2
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing, shipping, and delivery of products.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, cancellations, or returns.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
• Maintain financial records on sales made, payments received and work in coordination with the accounts team to tally the accounts.
