Operations Executive

Responsibilities
1) Aggregator Onboarding & Activation
• Handle end-to-end onboarding of restaurants on Swiggy, Zomato, and other
delivery platforms
• Create and manage restaurant IDs, brand listings, and menu setup
• Coordinate commission negotiations and approvals with aggregator teams
• Ensure successful go-live activation within defined timelines
• Track onboarding pipeline and status updates
2) Documentation & Compliance
• Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation
• Maintain audit-ready records for internal and external stakeholders
3) Financial & Payout Coordination
• Support finance team
• Track aggregator payment cycles and discrepancies
4) POS & Integration Management
• Handle POS integration and dashboard setup (UrbanPiper / similar platforms)
• Ensure menu syncing across aggregators and POS
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Coordinate with tech and aggregator support teams
