Job Overview

Position: Transportation Operations Coordinator

Location: Hospitalet de Llobregat office, onsite with flexible rotational schedule.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and manage export/import jobs in the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed routing checks to optimize transport modes.
  • Coordinate driver assignments for shipment delivery and pickup at offices and freight companies.
  • Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre‑advising shipments.
  • Monitor shipments in transit and address any deviations from the plan with flexibility and efficiency.
  • Continuously review TMS notes and handle pre‑advised shipments with precision.
