Operations Excellence Specialist

The Operations Excellence Specialist is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, interpretation, and management of transport operations data to drive efficiency and performance improvements. It involves developing and maintaining databases, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics; monitoring and updating reports for accuracy; automating manual reporting processes; and providing training to end-users on data tools and processes. The position also supports special projects, resolves database and reporting issues, integrates technology solutions, and implements continuous improvements in data management and analysis to support informed decision-making across the organization.
