- Regularly review supply chain processes and workflows to identify and develop process improvement plans and support in streamlining best practices across warehouses.
- Establish and monitor key performance indictors (KPIs) for all supply chain activities and use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Have strong project management and stakeholder management to ensure effective implementation and track success metrics before handover to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of supply chain strategies to improve overall operational efficiency, reduce cost and improve buyer and supplier experience.
