Job Description:

• Generate driver wallet transaction reports
• Investigates driver wallet activities
• Set up, troubleshoot driver wallet issues
• Coordinate with internal finance to impose penalties, payment plans, collection activities if necessary
• Develop initiatives to optimize driver wallet functions
• Work with local finance to ensure compliance with local tax and other financial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
• 1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
• Intermediate MS excel and Google sheets skills
