Job Description:
Generate driver wallet transaction reports
Investigates driver wallet activities
Set up, troubleshoot driver wallet issues
Coordinate with internal finance to impose penalties, payment plans, collection activities if necessary
Develop initiatives to optimize driver wallet functions
Work with local finance to ensure compliance with local tax and other financial regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
Intermediate MS excel and Google sheets skills
