Operations Excellence Manager

Your Role

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives, Lean transformation efforts, and operational capability development. This role will drive process optimization and measurable business results aligned with organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead plant-wide operational excellence initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across the entire value chain
• Develop manufacturing standards and best practices
• Partner with functional leaders to implement improvement initiatives
• Execute the Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap
• Facilitate Lean workshops and training programs
• Promote the use of KPIs and data analytics for decision-making
• Lead digital transformation initiatives
• Foster a Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset
• Support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs
