Molex in Mexico, Jalisco, El Salto, is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing teams. This role will drive Lean transformations, develop manufacturing standards, and partner with functional leaders to implement improvement initiatives.

You will promote data-driven decision making using KPIs and analytics, while leading digital transformation initiatives and fostering a Lean culture.
