Operations Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily platform Operations, including Kubernetes cluster setup, maintenance, optimization.
2. Monitor platform status, ensure high availability & stability.
3. Quickly respond to and handle platform faults & emergencies.
4. Work closely with customer's tech team for support & consultation.
5. Write & maintain Operations documents (manuals, troubleshooting guides, emergency plans).
6. Track cloud-native tech, evaluate & introduce new tech to improve efficiency & performance.
7. Deploy, update, migrate business apps on Kubernetes.
8. Analyze & troubleshoot faults in systems, DBs, networks, apps.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's+ in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related.
2. 5+ years Operations experience; industrial/manufacturing system Operations preferred.
3. Familiar with Kubernetes & ecosystem (containers, service discovery, load balancing).
