Operations Engineer

An Operations Engineer in the Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) industry is responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle—from raw material inventory and batching accuracy to equipment maintenance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of batching plants to ensure production targets are met. This includes managing batching accuracy for cement, aggregates, and water to maintain consistency.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy machinery, including mixers, silos, conveyors, and transit mixers, to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control (QC): Collaborate with QC teams to ensure concrete mixes meet industry standards (e.g., BS, ASTM, ACI) and project-specific requirements.
