Operations Engineer (Aerospace MRO)

He is responsible for the overall production operations in the Aerospace MRO Activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production teams, oversee machine maintenance and verification, and administer the warranty process.

• Implement, improve, and manage production planning, safety culture, and lean culture within the organization.

• Build, manage and report KPIs Dashboard to the management team.

• Ensure effective and efficient corrective and preventive actions in the event of any non-conformance and non-compliance matters.

• Respond to Customers' queries on TAT and technical matters.

• Ensuring disciplinary action among maintenance personnel with regards to violation of airworthiness, quality, environmental, health, safety, and security regulations and requirements.
