Operations Enablement Manager

Lead and expand an internal program that strengthens education, empowerment, and professional development for all employees within the Supply Chain Centre

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end training and enablement strategy across Supply Chain and Customer Service Centre.
  • Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted technical and leadership pathways
  • Lead and evolve the SEED Program (Supporting, Educating, Empowering, Developing)
  • Drive adoption of modern digital learning tools and LMS platforms
  • Manage and coach a small team of Enablement Specialists
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent to embed a strong learning culture
  • Track effectiveness through dashboards, KPIs and reporting
