Operations Director (Mandarin Speaking)

Our client is a well-established Hong Kong-based multinational trading group with expanding operations across South America. They are seeking a seasoned Trading Director to lead their mining and/or food commodities trading business in the region.

• Lead business development and market expansion across South America (primarily Brazil, Argentina, and surrounding countries)
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
• Oversee all daily trading operations including sourcing, sales, logistics, pricing, and risk management
• Develop and execute regional profit strategies to drive sustainable growth and strong financial performance
• Act as the company’s senior representative in South America, ensuring alignment between local operations and global headquarters
