• Develop and automate dashboards leveraging Tableau (or alternative visualisation) to deliver real-time insights
• Improve data accuracy, build and maintain data ingestion using ETL tools like Tableau prep (or power query)
• Increase decision-making efficiencies by creating customized visualizations in Tableau
• Deep dive into data analytics, and as KPI governor, to share insights to operations teams that can assist them to drive improvements.
• Equipped the operations teams with the knowledge and know-how to work efficiently through training and competency development.

• Bachelor Degree Qualification in Data Science / Engineering / IT / Systems Field preferred.
