Job Overview
The CX Operations Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, service excellence, and data-driven decision-making across all customer experience (CX) channels and vendor operations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for CX data insights—covering performance trends, SLA adherence, automation efficiency, and customer experience quality.
The insights generated will directly support CX strategy, optimize internal and vendor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of CX operations.
