Operations Data Analyst (Manufacturing)

The Operations Data Analyst supports manufacturing and production operations by analyzing, validating, and organizing operational data to improve process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision support. The role focuses on production-line data, reporting automation, and data-driven process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This position works closely with the Data Operations and Manufacturing teams and reports to the Data Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review manufacturing and production operations data to support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Prepare, clean, and validate production and operational datasets for internal use and third-party reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power Query, and Power BI.
