Operations Data Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards for reporting and analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing operational processes
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality control processes at ISC CX Level
- Support Capacity Model Deployment and HMX initiatives
- Assure the proper updating of 4 blocker’s, BA ISC Global metrics and dashboards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1 year of experience in data analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
