Lokmat Bhakti E-commerce is looking for a Operations & Customer Support Executive to support backend operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai


Responsibilities

• Manage order tracking and delivery coordination

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and calls

• Coordinate with vendors and courier partners

• Assist with returns, refunds, and issue resolution

• Maintain operational records and reports

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns


Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Marathi and English

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Customer-focused approach
