Responsibilities

  • Assist with applications, documentation, and other operational tasks
  • Help with monthly bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and financial admin
  • Step in to handle urgent customer service enquiries when the Customer Service Specialist is out of office or on leave
  • Liaise across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Responds quickly and effectively to urgent needs with professionalism
