Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with management, field and finance teams to ensure that all materials/services/equipment needed for projects and inventory are recorded and acquired according to company guidelines and are delivered on schedule.
Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the main contact between suppliers, project teams, field staff, and finance. Handle purchase requests promptly, ensuring all order details meet project needs. Enter purchase orders accurately and on time. Request bids from vendors to secure competitive pricing for materials and equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
