Job Title: Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and respond to phone orders in a timely manner;


• Assign tasks to operators based on equipment requirements;


• Maintain open communication with operators and provide support as needed;

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics , excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working in similar functions is preferred.
