Virtua is seeking a systems-driven Operations Coordinator to serve as the Online Business Manager (OBM) for our client, a high-growth digital marketing agency.

In this role, you aren't just managing tasks; you are the Guardian of the Agency's Infrastructure. You will manage the technical back-end—ensuring tools are synced, client on-boardings are flawless, and internal workflows are followed to the letter. This is a perfect role for a process-oriented professional who loves creating order out of chaos.

Core Responsibilities

  1. SaaS & Tool Administration:
