Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our oil reclamation facility. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, inventory management, logistics, purchasing, production support, and regulatory tracking across multiple operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process customer orders, returns, quotes, and price confirmations using Sage, Navusoft, and the Pickup System.
• Verify inventory availability in Sage and maintain accurate inventory records through Perpetual Inventory.
