Key Roles & Responsibilities:


Ocean / Air Export Operations:

  • provide operational support to Front-end team on daily task & activities.

  • Prepare and submit SI & VGM request on carrier portal. File AMS & ISF on Descartes website.

  • File AMS & ISF on the Descartes platform.

  • Update enterprise applications with complete and accurate shipment details.

  • Track and trace shipment loading plans and update status in the system.

  • Maintain Smartsheet data with high accuracy and timeliness.

  • Create export shipment files as per SOP in enterprise applications.

    • Ocean / Air Import Operations:


  • Manage Pre-alerts received from origin teams and validate them in TMF as per client SOP.
