About the role

As our Operations Coordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team with the security, cleaning and maintenance of the Village. You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team.


Key responsibilities


The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Provide support to the Operations Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village

  • Assist the Operations Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village

  • Assist the Operations Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors

  • Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village
