Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator in our Fuel Dispensing Team, your primary responsibility will be to carry out and co-ordinate the fuelling of vehicles. You will be trained and have the ability to safely jump start vehicles ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles on-site during the arrival and despatch processes. This may involve direct handling of vehicles or coordinating activities carried out by other team members, depending on the specific customer-defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and carrying out vehicle fuelling.
• Managing the safe and efficient recording and storage of vehicles.
• Receiving deliveries and conducting physical vehicle inspections for transport damage.
• Updating spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Storing customer items securely until their corresponding vehicles are sold.
• Picking and repatriating items to vehicles in the collection lanes.
