Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator & Accountant / US Bookkeeper to manage daily operational activities along with accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle client invoicing, payment follow-ups, payroll support, client coordination, and bookkeeping, preferably for USA-based clients using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Coordination

Generate and send accurate client invoices on time

Follow up with clients regularly until payments are received

Maintain records of outstanding and received payments

Send client experience and feedback emails regarding service quality and team performance

Coordinate internally to address and resolve client concerns

Accounting & Finance

Perform basic salary calculations and assist with payro...
