BM Trada part of Element, are recruiting for an Operations Administrator for our Certification department based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work across all of the services we provide and promote collaborative working between departments. The role will provide operational support with administrative and customer service related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Generation of ID Cards
- Processing scheme applications
- Liaising with the Sales team for matters relating to new applications and training
- Filing key scheme documents to enable work task progression
- Processing orders
- Creating and submitting invoices for consumables
- Work task allocation
- Answering Customer Telephone enquiries
- Issuing certificates to Clients
