Practice by Numbers is a dental SaaS platform used by practices to run and grow their business. HubSpot is our central system. We value tidy data, consistent standards, and reliable execution.
Location: Office (India-based; English required)
Reports to: Revenue Operations Manager
Work hours: 11am-7pm IST
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Entry-level, execution-only role focused on keeping HubSpot and shared trackers accurate, consistent, and up to standard. You'll follow clear checklists and templates, apply naming conventions, and keep assets and data current. The role suits someone organised, detail-minded, and process-driven who enjoys finishing work to a high standard.
WORKLOAD & COLLABORATION:
● 30 hours/week: dedicated RevOps queue, prioritized and guided by the Revenue Operations
