Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for internal remote and in-person meetings and events.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, trackers, distribution lists, and knowledge repositories.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external queries.
  • Support core team processes with increasing ownership and independence.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues across functions on ad hoc operational and project tasks.
  • Assist with business reporting and structured data analysis as required.
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations while managing multiple priorities effectively.
