Duties and Responsibilities
:
Assist the Operations Manager with general administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.Maintenance of Autodesk Build project management platform.Financial analysis, and printing of financial reports from Vista.Daily review and processing of payroll through 360 Manager.Assist with GC accounts payable, track project invoices for receipt of payment from Clients.Ensuring that all policies and procedures are respected throughout the workflow process.Assist in writing and preparing proposals and help with tender closings.Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for internal GC meetings.Assist in planning and organizing GC events such as team building and training.Maintain up to date health and safety training matrix for GC Division.Maintain GC Team Calendar to include tenders, holidays, ...
