Duties and Responsibilities

:
  • Assist the Operations Manager with general administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.

  • Maintenance of Autodesk Build project management platform.

  • Financial analysis, and printing of financial reports from Vista.

  • Daily review and processing of payroll through 360 Manager.

  • Assist with GC accounts payable, track project invoices for receipt of payment from Clients.

  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures are respected throughout the workflow process.

  • Assist in writing and preparing proposals and help with tender closings.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for internal GC meetings.

  • Assist in planning and organizing GC events such as team building and training.

  • Maintain up to date health and safety training matrix for GC Division.
