We're looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in facilities management or cleaning services. This is a remote, office-based role focused on supporting our operations team through efficient administration, scheduling, and process management.

What You'll Do:
You'll play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of our cleaning and facilities operations:

  • Coordinate Service Schedules: Manage rosters, track attendance, leave and additional hours.
  • Optimize Processes: Create, refine, and improve operational plans, workflows, and site-specific checklists.
