Operations Coordinator (Bogotá)

We're looking for a resourceful Operations Coordinator who can seamlessly blend brand coordination, executive support, and operational excellence. You'll be the go-to person for swag coordination , light design work , and executive-level operational support , with the flexibility to be available during weekends when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Brand & Swag Operations :

• Research, design, and coordinate custom-branded merchandise (event giveaways, client gifts, team kits)
• Manage vendor relationships, track inventory, and oversee logistics end-to-end
• Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials
