Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, providing daily shipment updates and responding to queries timeously
Coordinate vessel bookings, transport allocations, warehouse movements, and rate requests
Create and manage shipment files and job data accurately on Salesforce
Ensure all documentation is prepared, checked, and issued correctly at every stage of the shipment process
Coordinate transporters, warehouses, and clearing agents to prevent delays
