Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Leadership

  1. Lead end-to-end client engagements, including operations projects, process improvement initiatives, and service transitions.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

Process Improvement & Transformation

  1. Apply Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively address client concerns and requirements.
