The role combines customer dealing with basic operational responsibilities required for smooth day-to-day store and office operations. Sales responsibilities may be evaluated after proper training.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication (Primary Responsibility)

  • Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, website chat, and social platforms
  • Attend incoming customer calls and resolve product-related queries
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products from the website
  • Prepare and share price quotations as per company guidelines
