A growing, international healthcare distribution and services organisation is looking to appoint an Operations & Compliance Manager to support its next phase of expansion.
With a strong global footprint and ambitious growth plans, this business partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare providers, and public sector organisations to deliver medicines and specialist services across international markets.
This is a broad, high-impact position sitting within the operations function, combining process improvement, compliance, health & safety, sustainability, and systems/accreditation leadership .
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including logistics, warehousing, QA, sales, finance, and project management to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the business.
