The role
is varied and will have a spread of administrative duties across sales, operations, marketing and general office. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task and prioritise.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate all inspection, remedial, training, and construction bookings from customer acceptance through to project completion. Prepare and issue customer quotations, costings, and associated documentation for inspection, remedial, and training services. Maintain and administer inspection schedules, staff booking schedules, client databases, and online portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for operational personnel.
