Job Description

We are hiring a mid-level Operations & Automation Project Manager to manage daily operations, oversee lead managers, and keep projects and systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support lead managers (daily performance, accountability, follow-ups)
  • Oversee lead flow operations and pipeline health
  • Own and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) pipelines, workflows, and automations
  • Work with existing n8n automations (minor edits, monitoring, coordination — training provided)
  • Manage projects from planning to completion
  • Track tasks, KPIs, and workflows using Google Sheets
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and team members
  • Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
