YSpaces Philippines Inc. is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our management and daily office operations. What Youll Do
Assist in preparing and editing emails, memos, reports, and other business documents
Help manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Coordinate meetings, events, and bookings of clients
Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries
Welcome clients and visitors and assist with their needs
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
Prepare invoices, spreadsheets, and presentations
Perform basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and office equipment
