Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate subcontractor billing for accuracy and completeness. Ensure alignment with the project budget and contract.
- Check submitted RFAs of materials from PMT to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Review RFls for any discrepancies or additional information required.
- Checking of quantity and specifications of material requests to ensure they match project needs before proceeding MR to Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials needed for the project site.
- Follow up on material deliveries and resolve any procurement issues that arise.
- Consolidate weekly accomplishment reports from various projects and submit them to the department heads and CEO.
