The Operations Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for the Insurance Department. The duties include answering phones, making journal entries, account processing, and providing payment solutions. They will respond to internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email. They will be a liaison between customer/financial professionals and institutions including banks, credit unions, and clearing firms. They will perform various account calculations, perform research as needed, and provide phone support for the department.
