Operations Associate

The Operations Support Associate is responsible for key functions in operations - order verification and fulfillment, and internal and external coordination. S/he will support the processing of orders and other related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in AIRR Labs' warehouse and fulfilment operations. S/he will also coordinate with third party warehouse provider and internal commercial team for efficient and effective dissemination of information related to orders.

Responsibilities:

• Prompting picklist, sending picklist to warehouse, changing order statuses on Seller Centers, tracking warehouse dispatches to courier, monitoring of Ship-On-Time (SOT) rate, monitoring of cancellations/returns and leading post-delivery action points when needed.
• Troubleshooting picklist issues in the internal order management system (OMS) and updating of inventory on OMS and Seller Centers.
