Job Description

  • Candidate 1: Ecommerce Operations (B2C Focus)
  • Order & Platform Management: Process daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify. Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure every Add to Cart becomes a Shipped parcel within 24 hours.
  • Digital Storefront & Listing: Enroll new products/bundles and maintain up-to-date stock levels across all platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.
  • Coordination (The Hub): Act as the main point of contact between the Platforms (resolving system bugs), the Couriers (booking J&T, Flash, etc.), the Brand (stock updates), and the Customer.
  • Customer Support & Experience: Handle live chats and inquiries. Manage the end-to-end Return-to-Seller (RTS) process, assessing item quality for reprocessing.
  • Issue Investigation: Investigate lost in transit parcels, wrong items sent, or customer complaints. File claims with platforms or couriers to recover costs.
