Job Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.
  • Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel (graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas).
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written English communication skills. Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

  • Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports; follow up with vessels as needed and verify data accuracy.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any system-related issues.
