We are looking for an Associate to support academic operations by coordinating effectively between academic, operational, and faculty teams. The role involves planner creation, faculty management, data maintenance, and resolving academic queries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between academic, operations, and faculty teams to ensure smooth communication.

- Prepare, manage, and track academic planners for batches and series.

- Maintain accurate faculty, batch, and academic data using Excel and Google Sheets.

- Resolve academic-related queries from the operations team in a timely manner.

- Track academic progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
