What you’ll do
Modernize and scale onboarding processes as part of Stripe Delivery Centers. You will serve as an Onboarding Specialist, delivering technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for users.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical guidance and support to users during their onboarding journey with Stripe.
- Deliver pre‑built technical workshops and kickoff calls to users.
