Role Overview

We seek a proactive Operations Associate to streamline and elevate the backend operations supporting our students and educators. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless daily workflows and a high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities such as scheduling, document management, and distribution of materials.
• Oversee student admissions, onboarding, and course coordination with accuracy and timeliness.
