We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Assistant – Recruitment to join our head office operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes that underpin our operational delivery across the business.

You will help ensure we attract, onboard and maintain a compliant workforce capable of supporting operational requirements across multiple contracts and client environments.

You will work closely with operational teams, management and external partners to coordinate recruitment activity, manage employee onboarding and maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
